Abstract: Resin HDPE5603JP specially used for drinking water bottle cap is made from ethylene as the raw material, 1-butene as the comonomer and hydrogen as molecular weight regulator by means of slurry process. In the paper, the process route and production process of the product were introduced, and the analysis of comparison with similar products abroad was conducted. The processing test made by the company and the application showed that the mechanical and sanitary performances of the resin products could meet the national standards. All the indicators are up to the design requirements and meet the special requirements of the users for the smell and machinability of the product. The cap can replace similar foreign products and fill the domestic gap in the field.

摘要： 饮用水瓶盖专用树脂HDPE5603JP 采用淤浆法工艺生产, 乙烯为原料, 1-丁烯为共聚单体, 氢气为相对 分子质量调节剂。介绍了产品的工艺路线、生产过程, 与国外同类产品的对比分析。通过应用公司的加工试验及应用 表明, 该树脂产品的力学性能、卫生性能符合国家标准, 各项指标均达到设计要求, 满足了用户对产品气味、加工性 的特殊要求, 可替代国外同类产品, 填补了国内空白。
